Mark M Campanella

Mark M. Campanella joined the firm in January 2003. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in February 2002, and is admitted to practice in both the Western and Northern Federal District Courts of New York, as well as to the Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York. Mr. Campanella graduated from the University of Rochester, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Political Science in 1996 and a Masters degree in Public Policy Analysis in 1997. Mr. Campanella thereafter graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2001, where he received both his Juris Doctor and a MBA concentrated in the Financial and Securities Markets. Mr. Campanella’s practice concentrates in the areas of business and corporate law, including business formations and acquisitions, commercial litigation, general civil litigation and estate planning.
