Our Family Law Department practices in all categories of this area of the law including divorce, separation and property settlement agreements, property distribution, pre and post-nuptial agreements, adoption, paternity, maintenance and child support and custody and visitation. We approach our cases the same way the other departments do, that is, attempt to resolve it through negotiation and settlement and if that does not resolve the matter, proceed to Court and trial.
