David H. Ealy joined Trevett Cristo Salzer & Andolina P.C., as a partner in 2005, and currently heads the firms Commercial Litigation Practice Group.  His practice is focused in the areas of bankruptcy litigation and restructuring.  Mr. Ealy has represented Trustees in Chapter 7 cases, and presently represents debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation in the Western and Northern Districts of New York.  His representative clients include real estate developers, family farmers, and small business owners. Mr. Ealy is a frequent lecturer to professional groups and most recently presented in connection with the NBI seminar “Fundamentals of Bankruptcy Law”, January, 2008. Mr. Ealy received his B.A. Degree, Cum Laude, from the University of Rochester and his J.D. Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  He is a consultant for NYFarmNet. Mr. Ealy is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, Past Chair of the Bankruptcy Committee, the Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York, the Bankruptcy Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
