Daniel P. DeBolt

Daniel P. DeBolt, an associate with the firm, was admitted to the New York State Bar in February 2004. He attended Georgetown Law, where he was an Assistant Editor of the American Criminal Law Review. He concentrates his practice in public sector labor law, primarily representing police and firefighter labor unions in Monroe and surrounding counties. His representation covers collective bargaining, interest arbitration, disciplinary proceedings and improper practice charges before the New York State Public Employment Relations Board. He also represents both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation.
