Attorney Clark Zimmermann successfully argued at a SORA Hearing that a Level 2 Sex Offender shall be reclassified as a Level 1 Offender. This reclassification will have a significant impact for the client as he will no longer be listed on the public sex offender website and will no longer be required to report as a sex offender for life.
