$1,000,000 Verdict
August 2008Karl F. Salzer, Esq., successfully prosecuted a summary jury trial and obtained a $1,000,000 verdict for a client who was injured in an automobile accident. The plaintiff suffered herniated discs and required spinal fusion. Elliott v Merry, Monroe County Supreme Court, Index No. 2004/129.
